Key responsibilities:

Drives operational excellence by maintaining an optimally functioning studio
Collaborates with Traffic Manager and studio staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations tracking jobs until completion
Proactively addresses handles and rectifies all production issues notifying appropriate individuals and teams as needed of changes
Organises travel, catering and other service support for senior studio and production team members
Maintains proper records of Studios services and invoices.
